A good philosophy...my friend. A leader is not a place to be given but instead is a place to be gained or achieved. You must be a great leader in order to have good workers. A leader is not born overnight. One must work hard to be a leader.
A good leader is a worker himself or herself.
I myself still learning the leadership process here and the way I look it, it is an exciting venture at SST.
I personally need yr help here, my friend.
